1. Controller and contact

The data controller for Good Sundays is Good Sundays México, located at Calz. Gral. Mariano Escobedo 595, Rincón del Bosque, Bosque de Chapultepec I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11570 Ciudad de México, CDMX. For privacy questions or requests, email anto@goodsundays.club.

2. Information we process

During registration we collect your email, first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender and any self-description you choose to provide; country of origin, state or province and city of residence; languages, relationship status, whether you have or want children, interests and primary intention. We also record email preferences, your acceptance of the terms, and your choice about promotional use of your image, together with their dates and versions.

When you browse, we may receive technical information such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and cookie or similar identifier data. If you join a future experience, we may process booking, attendance, safety, photo or video information; we will explain that flow before activating it.

Some answers about identity and personal life deserve special care. We do not publish your questionnaire or send profile answers to Google Analytics.

3. Necessary purposes

In the teaser phase we use information to receive and save your registration, check age eligibility, maintain security, answer requests and meet legal obligations. We do not verify your email or create an account with access at this stage. Before you use phase-two platform features, we will ask you to verify your email, phone and photo and explain that process when it launches.

Authorized staff may review registrations to operate the platform. Simply registering does not reveal your contact information or private answers to other members.

4. Optional purposes

If you select the news checkbox, we may email you Good Sundays news and invitations. You can withdraw that preference by contacting us and, once you have an account, in its settings.

If you separately authorize image use, Good Sundays may use identifiable photos and video captured with notice at brand activities or voluntarily supplied by you to promote its own activities on its website, social accounts and digital ads. This permission is not required to register. We do not sell your image to unrelated parties or authorize uses unrelated to Good Sundays. You can withdraw permission by email and, once you have an account, in its settings. Withdrawal stops new uses, and we will request removal from channels we control, although copies outside our control may remain.

5. Providers and disclosures

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel to host the site, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics to measure visits. These providers may process technical or service-related information, including outside Mexico, under their service conditions and security measures. We do not send profile answers to advertisers for targeting.

We will not disclose your answers or contact details to other members unless a future feature explains it and the appropriate authorization is in place. Images approved for promotion may be made public through the stated channels.

6. Retention and security

We keep information while you maintain your registration or account, or as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. If you ask us to delete your registration, account or data, we will handle that request under applicable law, taking into account information we must retain and scheduled backup deletion.

We apply access controls and technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Access, correction, deletion, objection and withdrawal

To exercise your Mexican ARCO rights, limit use or disclosure, or withdraw consent, email anto@goodsundays.club. Include your name, registration or account email, the right you wish to exercise, a description of the relevant information and a way to receive our response. We may reasonably verify your identity and will reply within applicable legal deadlines.

Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing completed before we receive it. During the teaser phase, email us to change image permission or email preferences, or to request deletion of your registration. Once you have an account, you can also change these preferences in its settings.

8. Cookies, measurement and changes

Google Analytics may use cookies or identifiers to measure visits and site use. You can restrict cookies in your browser. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or questionnaire answers as analytics events.

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here and, where required, request fresh consent before using information for additional purposes.
