Terms and conditions

1. Registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to register. Provide your own accurate, current information. Teaser registration does not verify your email or open an account with access. To use the platform in phase two, we will ask you to verify your email, phone and photo. You may browse without registering; submitting a registration requires acceptance of these terms.

Do not impersonate others, automate registrations, collect other members’ data, or interfere with the service.

2. Current service

At this stage you can learn about Good Sundays and submit an initial registration. Registration alone does not promise or activate event bookings, payments, connections, matching or member contact. Before those features launch, we will present their specific conditions, prices and cancellation rules before you accept a booking or payment.

We may improve, pause or change features for operational or safety reasons, and will aim to communicate material changes.

3. Conduct and safety

Treat others respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, illegal content, disclosure of others’ private information and unauthorized advertising are prohibited. We may review reports and restrict or close accounts for violations, using measures proportionate to the circumstances.

Good Sundays cannot guarantee friendships, dates, compatibility or personal outcomes. Each participant is responsible for their own decisions about meeting and communicating with others.

4. Your information and content

You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You allow us to host and process what is needed to operate the features you choose, as described in the Privacy notice. Do not submit content you lack the right to use or another person’s information without authorization.

The Good Sundays name, brand, texts, design and software belong to their respective owners. Using the site does not transfer those rights to you.

5. Image, photography and video

Accepting these terms alone does not authorize advertising use of your image. A separate, optional checkbox covers that purpose. If you select it, you grant Good Sundays a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, ordinarily edit and publish identifiable photos and video captured with notice at brand activities or voluntarily supplied by you to promote its own activities on its website, social channels and digital advertising accessible internationally.

You do not authorize sale or licensing of your image to unrelated brands or creation of synthetic imitations of your identity. You may withdraw permission in your account or by writing to anto@goodsundays.club. Withdrawal applies prospectively; we will manage removal from channels we control, while third-party shares, caches or already distributed material may remain. We may request separate permission for a specific future event use.

6. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy notice explains how we process data. We do not send a verification code in the teaser phase. When platform access becomes available, messages needed to verify and operate your account will be separate from promotional messages, which require an optional choice. Registering does not make your profile public.

7. Responsibility, changes and contact

We operate the site with reasonable care, but interruptions and errors can occur. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights or exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
